Hotchkiss Sponsorship Opportunities 

 

Sponsorships help bridge gaps in our school budget while giving businesses valuable exposure within our active school community. We appreciate your support and offer the following sponsorship opportunities.

 

 

Fall and Spring Carnivals 

Our family-friendly carnivals bring Hotchkiss students, families, and community members together. Businesses may sponsor booths, games, rides, prizes, food, and other activities.

 

Sponsorships help offset operating expenses and allow us to keep prices affordable for Hotchkiss families.

 

Hawks Night Out Auction 

Hawks Night Out is an adults-only spring fundraising event. Businesses and community members may sponsor event elements or donate merchandise, services, gift cards, tickets, experiences, and other silent-auction items.

 

Retail Partnerships and Give-Back Events

Year-round retail partnerships offer businesses an opportunity to support Hotchkiss while connecting with our families and community.

 

Participating restaurants, retailers, service providers, and other local businesses donate an agreed-upon portion of eligible sales to the Hotchkiss PTA. 

 

 

Sponsorship Donor Levels

All monetary sponsors receive recognition on our website’s sponsor page, in monthly newsletters, and in event-specific printed materials. The size and placement of the sponsor’s name or logo are determined by the sponsorship level.

Hawks Champion — $2,500

The Hawks Champion level includes all Gold Sponsor benefits, plus:

  • The largest logo and highest-priority placement in promotional materials
  • Recognition as the Hawks Champion sponsor at Hawks Night Out
  • One table at Hawks Night Out

Gold Sponsor — $1,000

  • Company name and logo displayed on the website sponsor page, in newsletters, and on printed materials
  • Company logo featured in official correspondence, letters, and email signatures sent by the PTA president and vice president of fundraising throughout the school year
  • Large logo placement in promotional materials
  • Recognition as a Gold Sponsor
  • Four Hawks Night Out tickets
  • One promotional table at an event
  • Opportunity to provide branded items for event favor bags
  • Early access to auction items

Silver Sponsor — $500

  • Company name and logo featured on the event webpage, in newsletters before and after the event, and on printed event materials
  • Medium-sized logo placement in promotional materials
  • Two Hawks Night Out tickets
  • One promotional table at an event
  • Recognition as a Silver Sponsor
  • Opportunity to provide branded items for event favor bags
  • Opportunity to attend the Event Sponsor Hour

Bronze Sponsor — $250

  • Company name and logo featured on the event webpage, in newsletters before and after the event, and on printed event materials
  • Small logo placement on event promotional materials and social media
  • One Hawks Night Out ticket
  • Opportunity to provide branded items for event favor bags

The Hotchkiss PTA works year-round to provide resources and opportunities that are not fully covered by the school budget. Your support helps fund student programs, classroom and campus needs, family-engagement activities, teacher appreciation, and other priorities approved by our PTA membership.
