Hotchkiss PTA Membership Meetings
Curious about what the Hotchkiss PTA is working on? Attending a membership meeting is a great way to get connected, hear school and PTA updates, learn about upcoming opportunities, and help guide how the PTA supports our Hawks.
All PTA members are encouraged to attend. Families and community members who are not yet members are also welcome to learn more, although voting is reserved for current PTA members.

Your Voice Matters
PTA membership meetings are where members help make important decisions. Members may vote on the budget, planned expenditures, programs, elections, and other PTA business.
We encourage members to review meeting materials in advance and participate respectfully in discussions. Our goal is to make decisions transparently and in the best interests of Hotchkiss students and the school community.
Agendas, Financial Reports, and Minutes
Meeting agendas and supporting materials will be shared before each meeting when available. Approved meeting minutes will be posted after they have been formally approved by the membership.
Questions or Agenda Requests?
Members who have a question, need an accommodation, or would like to recommend a future discussion topic should contact the PTA before the meeting.
Please note that submitting a topic does not automatically place it on the agenda. Formal PTA business must be handled according to the PTA’s bylaws, adopted meeting procedures, and notice requirements.
