Treats for Teachers

Help us show our Hotchkiss teachers and staff a little extra love! Each month, families are invited to donate special treats to brighten their day. Thank you for helping us remind our teachers and staff how much the Hotchkiss community appreciates everything they do. Every treat helps our Hawks feel the love!

Treats may include:

  • Homemade or store-bought baked goods
  • Individually packaged chips or snacks
  • Candy or chocolate
  • Granola bars or protein snacks
  • Fresh fruit
  • Bottled water or canned drinks
  • Coffee, tea, or other special goodies

 

 

Treats for Teachers
Please sign up below and deliver your items to the school office on the date listed by 10am. Label homemade items and note any common allergens, such as nuts, dairy, or eggs.

Teacher Dinner Volunteers

Help us take care of our Hotchkiss teachers and staff when they are required to stay late at school!

The PTA will provide the meal, drinks, serving supplies, and everything needed for the dinner. Volunteers will help set up and serve the food, keep the dining area stocked and welcoming, and clean everything up afterward.

Most importantly, volunteers are encouraged to spend time with our teachers, offer a little company and encouragement, and help them feel all the love and support of the Hotchkiss community during their long evening.

No purchases or donations are required. The PTA will provide everything—you only need to bring your time, helping hands, and plenty of Hotchkiss love!

Thank you for helping us remind our teachers and staff that they are appreciated, supported, and never alone on those extra-long school days.

Celebrate Our Staff—Monthly Birthday Volunteer

Help us celebrate Hotchkiss teachers and staff with birthdays this month! The PTA will provide the birthday list, cards, and approved gifts. The volunteer will write the cards, prepare the gifts, and deliver everything to the school office by the designated date.

Summer Care Packages

Help us send a little Hotchkiss love to our teachers during the summer!

The PTA will provide the care packages, gifts, cards, and all necessary supplies. Volunteers will assemble the packages, write a personal note of appreciation for each teacher, and deliver the completed packages to the teachers.

No purchases or donations are required—just bring your time, creativity, and appreciation for our amazing Hotchkiss educators.
