Volunteers will help create a welcoming and fun experience for Hotchkiss families by:
Greeting families at the PTA membership table
Sharing information about joining the PTA and getting involved
Passing out Hotchkiss stickers to students and families
Keeping the children’s coloring activity table stocked and organized
Welcoming children to participate and helping them with coloring supplies
Tidying the tables and supplies throughout the evening
The PTA will provide all materials and supplies. No special experience is needed—just bring your smile, school spirit, and willingness to help our families feel welcome!
